The Enneagram is a powerful model of 9 different personality types, or put another way, 9 different lenses through which to perceive reality. The focus of this course is to understand the core principles of the Enneagram with a particular focus on its lines and flow. Being aware of these lines of flow helps us to understand our fear and reactivity, opening up new possibilities for a more conscious life.

The course is comprised of three core modules, supporting personal exploration of the material presented through exercises done with other participants, and question-and-answer periods.

Each session lasts around 3-hours in total and the course is appropriate for those with little or no knowledge of the Enneagram, as well as for those whose knowledge is extensive.
