Module 1: Use the Somatic Lens of Perception to Uncover the Obstacles to Embodying Your Essential Nature (March 18)

You’l explore the Somatic Enneagram — its foundational principles for accessing and working with your automatic survival strategies.
Marion will guide the class to illuminate the hidden, automatic defense system that creates the nine energetic underpinnings of our personality patterns…
… and explain how we cannot work with powerful dynamic impulses generated unconsciously and automatically.
You’ll also explore the somatic lens of perception as an entry point of self-discovery based on your type — and how to work with the necessary organization for your survival and your psychological beliefs.
In this session, you’ll:
- Discover the foundational principles of the Somatic Enneagram
- Explore the somatic lens of perception and the 3 Centers of Intelligence: head, heart, and body
- Learn to ground and orient yourself — and discover your inner landscape
- Understand how a part of you is always defending itself against another part of you
- Learn about the neuroscience involved as well as the defensive and nourishing reflexes that are in service to your survival
- Explore how your human nature becomes conditioned and splits into 2 opposing forces
- Move into smaller breakout groups to delve into how these preferred reflexes operate
Module 2: Explore Conditioned & Unconditioned Reality to Identify & Approach Defense Patterns at Their Root (March 25)

What if we could observe how our three centers organize and react to the reality around us? You can, by exploring how your centers store and inform these experiences and filter reality based on satisfactory survival in nine different ways.
Marion will share the principles of conditioned behavior along with nine different strategies for creating behavioral patterns…
… and how you can begin observing and witnessing your inner landscape and approaching the patterns at the root of where they begin.
You’ll explore what’s necessary to balance and include the two opposing aspects and return to a sense of wellbeing, freedom, and choice in where and how you’re placing your attention.
You’ll also delve into what’s hidden behind your defenses, how to access and stay present to the driving force of the defensive patterns, and when to activate and when to relax these patterns.
In this session, you’ll:
- Explore unconditioned versus conditioned reality via 9 different pathways
- Learn about the Law of Three and how to access the “missing” third force
- Discover the best-kept secret hidden in plain sight — avoidance as the convertible energy
- Contemplate transformation versus change — distinguish between temporary change and transformation through radical inclusion
- Learn to turn toward and stay present with what you don’t want to feel
- Be guided in a somatic awareness practice that reveals the missing method in how to stay present as you are
Module 3: Relax Type Structure & Witness Transformation With Three Centers Awareness (April 1)

This week, you’ll explore self-remembering as a path to rediscovering what is already fully available and is only available as a three-centered knowing, feeling, and sensing reality — as it actually is.
You’ll identify and do inner work with the deepest held contractions in the body as they act as inner disturbers that drive your attention outward.
In this session, you’ll:
- Gain an understanding of how to approach and apply the somatic awareness method with the defense system
- Be introduced to and develop inner observer attention by turning attention inward and becoming 100% responsible for your life experience
- Explore conscious placement of attention versus unconscious automatic placement of attention
- Discover the aptitude and obstacles to staying in the conscious placement of inner observer attention in 9 different ways
Module 4: Begin Creating New Neural Pathways by Working With Deeply Held Fixated Beliefs in the Mental or Head Center (April 8)

Through didactic, inner observer practice, somatic awareness, and the somatic inquiry panel facilitation, you’ll explore how the mental fixation (belief) and the holy idea in your mind can reconcile the inner split.
This week, explore, play, and seek contact with the two opposing forces — the affirming and denying force. The merging of these forces allows the Third Force to emerge through facilitated somatic inquiry work. See how this happens by observing a panel with Type 5, The Observer… Type 6, The Loyal Skeptic… and Type 7, The Epicure.
Ultimately, you’ll learn how true and lasting transformation creates new neuropathways and interrupts the habitual organization of the conditioned patterns that filter your perceived reality.
In this session, you’ll:
- Deepen your understanding of the human condition — moving from self-forgetting to self-remembering
- Explore how to consciously experience the Law of Three energetically to rewire the neuropathways and interrupt the automatic placement of attention according to the fixated beliefs you hold
- Observe live representations of Type 5, 6, and 7 Mental or Head Center on a panel with facilitation of the somatic inquiry method
- Give the panel feedback and explore questions of what arose in participants during the panel
Module 5: Interrupt Conditioned Patterns by Working With Deeply Held Hurt Feelings in the Heart Center (April 15)

Through didactic, inner observer practice, somatic awareness, and the somatic inquiry panel facilitation, you’ll explore how the vice or passion and virtue in our hearts can reconcile the inner split.
This week, explore, play, and seek contact with the two opposing forces — the affirming and denying force. The merging of these forces allows the Third Force to emerge through facilitated somatic inquiry work. See how this happens by observing a panel with Type 2, The Giver… Type 3, The Performer… and Type 4, The Romantic.
Ultimately, you’ll learn how true and lasting transformation creates new neuropathways and interrupts the habitual organization of the conditioned patterns that filter your perceived reality.
In this session, you’ll:
- Deepen your understanding of the human condition — moving from self-forgetting to self-remembering
- Explore how to consciously experience the Law of Three energetically to rewire the neuropathways and interrupt the automatic placement of attention according to the fixated beliefs you hold

Module 6: Working With the Deeply Held Felt Sense Contractions in the Instinctual or Body Center (April 22)

Through didactic, inner observer practice, somatic awareness, and the somatic inquiry panel facilitation, you’ll explore how the defensive and nourishing reflexes in the belly can reconcile the inner split.
This week, explore, play, and seek contact with the two opposing forces — the affirming and denying force. The merging of these forces allows the Third Force to emerge through facilitated somatic inquiry work. See how this happens by observing a panel with Type 8, The Protector… Type 9, The Mediator… and Type 1, The Perfectionist.
Ultimately, you’ll learn how true and lasting transformation creates new neuropathways and interrupts the habitual organization of the conditioned patterns that filter your perceived reality.
In this session, you’ll:

The deep peace and release from automatic and habitual placement of attention can now be recognized and interrupted with a deep understanding of the greater reality in an unconditioned mind, heart, and body.
